Medtex Swiss Factory

The Medtex Swiss Factory is equipped with modern production lines from the world's leading manufacturers. The factory has implemented the Quality Management System in accordance with the international standards protocols of ISO 9001:2008. The manufacturing process is further certified under European standards by Conformité Européenne/European Conformity (CE). The factory’s good location, high quality standards, modern high-tech equipment, advanced technology and a wide selection of products are its main advantages.

Production

Our factory takes pride in its technological equipment. Taking ultimate quality into account, we have outfitted all our workshops with the latest equipment from the world's leading manufacturers. The machines are serviced by experienced staff that have been trained in Switzerland. Different special-purpose and universal machinery creates a strong industrial base, which allows for high-quality products and an increase in production volume. Our own facility supplies the factory with high quality raw materials. This allows us not to depend on suppliers for elastic belt ribbons and other edging materials. The knitting and weaving area is equipped with automatic machinery made by Swiss JACOB MÜLLER A.G. company, a world leader in weaving machinery for narrow fabrics. MedTex Swiss Factory production unit is equipped with HARRY LUCAS modular textile machines, Germany – circular knitting machines from 1/12" to 32" in single and double jersey. There are RASHELINA warp looms with the weft insertion and NF high capacity sliver-weaving looms. The sewing area is equipped with advanced sewing machines from leading producers, such as SIRUBA, GLOBAL, BROTHER and TYPICAL. The packing room is equipped with the Italian packing line GRAMEGNA which enables quick and quality packaging of finished products. A wide range of special universal machinery creates a strong production capacity.

The Medpack Factory

The state-of-the-art facility operates advanced high-tech equipment and has a production capacity of 300 million condoms per year. The factory was established in 2010. Due to its highly efficient and reliable logistics system and on time delivery, its goods and services are greatly appreciated by customers from all around the globe.

Today, we are producing condoms from the classic material, hypoallergenic latex, which in comparison to the newcomers polyurethane and polyisoprene, has earned strong and lasting consumer confidence.

The batch size depends on the business interests, not on the factors of cost optimization of container logistics via the ocean. The factory is specialized in manufacturing medical goods for support, rehabilitation and comfort, including: cervical collars, posture supports, sacro lumbar supports, abdominal binders, hernia supports, upper extremity supports, lower extremity supports, maternity supports, elastic bandages, etc. The factory’s optimal location, high quality standards together with modern high-tech equipment, wide product range and established system of its own distribution are its main advantages.
